"Release" is a message of surrender. Sometimes we care SO much about something that we want to keep it safe and close. So we hold on to it tightly - TOO tightly - to the point where we suffocate it.Â
On a walk in the forest, I cried over the frustration of fear constantly crippling me. A very gentle whisper came to my thoughts "paint and release". It was here that I learnt the message of surrender.Â
"Release" is the second painting of my art journey, after "New Beginnings". It is a declaration that even with the feeling of fear present, I will vulnerably share my art (which is my heart).Â
