Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All prints are carefully packaged and shipped in a rigid flat mailer or mailing tube, depending on size. Each Giclée Fine Art Print is made to order, so please allow 10–14 business days for your order to ship. As a small business owner we work as quickly as possible to get your art to you.

Original paintings are shipped via Canada Post Priority with tracking, liability coverage and a signature option.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

All orders are shipped from Canada. For US orders, buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by US customs or the carrier. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and may be payable upon delivery.

Customs charges vary depending on the order and applicable regulations. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for additional charges imposed by customs or the carrier.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of my small business, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

I currently ship prints to Canada and the United States.

Original paintings may be available for shipping world wide, please contact me so that I can provide a shipping quote based on your address.
